Welcome to Breakaway Test Prep’s Wayzata office.  Ron is the director and lead instructor for the Wayzata office. Ron focuses on providing instruction to students in Wayzata, Mound, Orono, and surrounding areas.

Ron is the founder and president of Breakaway Test Prep.  At Breakaway Test Prep, we provide individualized, comprehensive test preparation for the ACT, SAT, and PSAT as well as a comprehensive suite of AP and academic tutoring for a range of classes.

We are Minnesota’s leading provider of private, one-on-one instruction, and we have been helping students prepare for standardized tests for over six years. Our team of instructors is unparalleled, with thousands of hours of instruction and backgrounds from some of the top universities across the country.

To get started, we recommend signing up for a full-length practice test. Breakaway Test Prep offers weekly, proctored practice tests online during the Covid crisis. Please click here to register for a test.

These practice tests are an invaluable component of the test prep process, giving students critical experience in dealing with the pressure of the test situation while getting practice on all sections of a test in a classroom full of their peers…just like the real test.

In addition to full access to Breakaway’s practice tests, when working with Breakaway, private instruction includes:

  • Access to more than 40 practice ACTs and SATs
  • Comprehensive reviews of all of the commonly tested concepts in grammar, Algebra I, geometry, Algebra II, trigonometry, and other advanced math concepts, chemistry, physics, and biology
  • Critical test-taking and time management strategies for all sections of the test, including time-constrained sections of reading and science
  • Convenient lesson times and locations, instructors are available seven days per week, daytimes, and evenings

To learn more and about working with Breakaway, please fill out our inquiry form, and we will be in touch within 24 hours.
